What are some of the best things about your team?

The people who work under me work well alongside one another, and we try to lift each other up the best we can despite the double standards that are thrown at us from the other shifts.

We have some team members that take pride in a clean store. we also, have members who could care less

Laziness! because there were two lazy guys at the Cumberland farms I worked at, I made the mistake of cleaning up after them. The lady that watches the tapes when you think somebody stealing something should be fired because she watches them halfway full, and then makes up her own anding.

Teamwork, professionalism, loyalty, honesty, dedication, organization.

Stop being lazy and actually clock in and work!

Well they could start with not ostracizing the workers that aren't the managers pets. They could actually do their job description.

they need to actually show up for work and do they're job. im tired of the unequality here, when i am a hard worker and reliable.

Our manager is targetting us and is cutting the employees hours as punishment for calling out sick

As a manager in training I feel obligated to stay longer than my schedualed shifts to get the necessary jobs completed because my coworkers stand behind the registers on their phones or sit in the bathroom on their phones and get nothing done

They need to know what they are actually doing and care more about customer needs instead of the back room drama
