Easy going and Friendly. Expressed all benefits and job expectations
it was simple and didn't need much
LOVED HOW THE MANAGER ASKED QUESTIONS AND SEEMS LIKE CUMBERLAND FARMS CARES FOR THEIR STAFF
Great interview with the maniger, I like it.
It was a great interview at the store with the maniger.
Great interview with the maniger.
Very possitive and great speaking with each other.
It was very possitive, and learnible
I liked that I was shown around the store and everyone seemed excited for me to start
It easier to apply and start as soon as possible
She got to know me
It was very fast, although I was never introduced to the manager
How easy and comfortable, it was to talk to the people that were interviewing me
My manager was willing to listen to what I had to say
The ability to be confident in selling my credentials. Feeling accepted.
It was extremely laid back
My interviewer was a great manager for the few months we worked together
The swiftness with which I got hired
the blindness to a terrible district manager i had before working with this company
I loved that. I walked in the rain back-and-forth to the interview, but it was boring and it was nothing. I knew that I got the job day or two later.
I was denied an application and forced into an immediate interview. This made it so that i was paid less as they didnt have my work history.
Ask things that matter and things that can help down the line
Having a two step interviewing process where you meet with the manager and the GSL or the district manager as well. Getting two separate view points of a new hire rather than relying solely on one person to make a good new hire.
Review from Sales Dept
Make hr do the interview
Management is indecisive and unclear on points of interest
Review from Sales Dept
