I loved that. I walked in the rain back-and-forth to the interview, but it was boring and it was nothing. I knew that I got the job day or two later.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was denied an application and forced into an immediate interview. This made it so that i was paid less as they didnt have my work history.
Ask things that matter and things that can help down the line
Having a two step interviewing process where you meet with the manager and the GSL or the district manager as well. Getting two separate view points of a new hire rather than relying solely on one person to make a good new hire.
