They are helpful when I need help
Great overall they treat everyone with care.
Very hellow when needed and always give a helping hand.
Great leadership, and a great team.
Great leadership to work for
I worked st better jobs
To be more professional at the workplace and treat all employees equal no matter what race they are I work at the Warwick store on Warwick avenue I have been racially profiled against by a new manager name is April from the app store in Warwick while waiting for a new store manager she took control
Making sure all the employees work hard. Keep people for what they work, don't steal from them when they leave. It's unbelievable how they treat their employees.
New workers across the board and new management.
Ruth. Needs. To. Go. Away.
The benefits aren't really worth it for me but they are for someone aiming to make a career out of this.
MY 401K, hard to get thru to anyone in Human Resources for help with anything!
Getting paid weekly instead of bi weekly
Big bonuses, if you hit your metrics, you make bank as a manager
The extra bonus for us
Other similar workplaces offer better compensation.
I have been working at the company for 8 years and the wage is just stagnant. I wish I was paid more for the work that I do and the sometimes difficult customers I have to deal with daily.
I feel undervalued because of the color of my skin
I got fired for cleaning up lazy coworkers mess. The lady on your security team should follow through when she watches videos. Are you saying I believe her name is as soon as he sees you do something that looks suspicious, immediately you get fired she should watch the tapes to the end . Very sneaky
More recognition, more support from upper management. There are always two sides to a story. Listen to both sides before coming to a conclusion. Managers and staff need better training. I was thrown right in, had no yraining
The people who work under me work well alongside one another, and we try to lift each other up the best we can despite the double standards that are thrown at us from the other shifts.
We have some team members that take pride in a clean store. we also, have members who could care less
NO DRAMA WE ALL HELP EACH OTHER OUT WE ARE FAMILY
There helpful also work together on things
Great job for employees and custimers.
positive reinforcement from managers and corporate
I don't work there any longer as of October 30th 2023
Laziness! because there were two lazy guys at the Cumberland farms I worked at, I made the mistake of cleaning up after them. The lady that watches the tapes when you think somebody stealing something should be fired because she watches them halfway full, and then makes up her own anding.
Teamwork, professionalism, loyalty, honesty, dedication, organization.
Stop being lazy and actually clock in and work!
The customers and workers have a laid back relationship with one another.
I thought it was good until i found out that they're a bunch of racist
Interacting with each other and customers
The customers are very respectful
Great team and help the people.
The manager as well as the rules
Positive people who want to work in customer service and have actual integrity in there job appearance and reputation at work and the reputation of our company and ensure a positive pleasant exp that keeps quest coming back
People who want to work and better communication.
Negativity needs to stop. Stop talking negative about fellow employees, helping one another.
The company is great honestly but this new manager is not good for our store or your company. She is completely bonus driven which will cause the company problems. Customers are complaining daily
Easy going and Friendly. Expressed all benefits and job expectations
it was simple and didn't need much
LOVED HOW THE MANAGER ASKED QUESTIONS AND SEEMS LIKE CUMBERLAND FARMS CARES FOR THEIR STAFF
Great interview with the maniger, I like it.
It was a great interview at the store with the maniger.
I was denied an application and forced into an immediate interview. This made it so that i was paid less as they didnt have my work history.
Ask things that matter and things that can help down the line
Having a two step interviewing process where you meet with the manager and the GSL or the district manager as well. Getting two separate view points of a new hire rather than relying solely on one person to make a good new hire.
Review from Sales Dept
Make hr do the interview
Management is indecisive and unclear on points of interest
Review from Sales Dept
When all employees are helping keep the store clean !
Chatting with coworkers and customers
CUSTOMERS AND HAVING LITTLE WORK FAMILY WHO WORK TOGETHER VERY WELL
Being there for the job site and the custimers.
Being there for the company, and custimers.
They do not put the customer first they put their self first
No staffing, closes down early frequently due to lack of employees, runs out of cups, lids, lack of management, she is always gone,
our customers actually hate the district manager lmao
upper management is on a power trip
Nothing works in store everything needs to be new
