What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open and honest and really holds true to the core values our company has set. They are flexible where they can be and rigid where they must be. They have always cared about a work-life balance and continue to try and help you grow and progress into becoming a stronger leader.

Favoritism, bullying, coworkers not doing their job and manager and district manager not doing anything about it.

my management team has no information on how i even begin to recieve my benefit package.

I feel substantial raises are hard to come by. They want to retain talent and do a great job of making people feel appreciated with words and gestures, just not with compensation. This could be untrue in other areas of the company though.

Cumberland Farms has some of the best benefits I've seen from a company and effective rewards programs such as mystery shops which make up for the low pay of the lower management positions

At this point nothing, everything is going down hill

The people make the culture, the implementation of rules and what not can be carried out in many ways, and Cumberlands makes it so that everyone understands whats going on. The executive leadership with wonderful and caring.

I love the people. My leadership team and the people I work with are wonderful. I find fulfillment in my job and can see a future here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe Cumberland Farms should be more selective about it's hiring to only bring in the best contenders for the positions to be filled, and raise hourly rates to lower management positions or just convert to salary.
