Delta manages by fear and intimidation. Recent firings so most people being fired are over 40, Northwest and union supporters. All should be illegal.
Moral is low, lowest I have ever seen here. People are starting to not care, especially with recent firings, the lack of respect, lack of support and lack of fair treatment.
I think we have a great workgroup. Only prt that needs to change is the belief that they need to run to management and taddle every time things are not perfect.
