The culture needs to change. Managing by fear and intimidation never works.

They claim we are best paid but how can we be when we don't lead in any categories.

Delta manages by fear and intimidation. Recent firings so most people being fired are over 40, Northwest and union supporters. All should be illegal.

Moral is low, lowest I have ever seen here. People are starting to not care, especially with recent firings, the lack of respect, lack of support and lack of fair treatment.

I think we have a great workgroup. Only prt that needs to change is the belief that they need to run to management and taddle every time things are not perfect.
