Just being able to come in and do my job, a good direct leadership relations, and the "hope" for potential advancement.

It was straight forward. You were informed of what you would need as well as able to interact and ask questions.

It has change in recent years and allows for the growth with the amount of work you put in. This though is slightly disparaged by the way it was implemented and issues dismissed and ignored.

The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.

My coworkers are an interesting group of people to work with and is fun to go to work and speak with them. This sin't to say there aren't some hiccups and employees that aren't great to work for but, it is a constant of any work place.

My leadership team is different. I have two teams that I work for, one that is my assigned leader and my "actual". My "actual" leader is horrible, uncommunicative, never available, and on its face appears to fail in the job. This is a contrast to my assigned leader who listen and strives to promote
