Pay,dasher app mess ups, updating miles driven to and from calculated in the pay, customer service treatment of dashers is unacceptable and unprofessional, management doesn't care about it employees. Ceo doesn't care about his company. It so sad people have to fight for their pay

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

More money, more incentives in to and from dashes paid equally for how many miles we have to drive. Better response from the ceo to his dashers. It sad to see him just collect money and not help his company. Management needs to do a better job of responding to dashers

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

I get orders at the end of dashing or after I declined a order serveral times having to decline multiple times and it affects my rating or door dashers steal our orders and im left with giving the customer the wrong order. All these issues take time to resolve and eats into my dashing and making $$
