What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of driver concerns. Whenever there's an outage all the apologies and concern are directed at customers but none towards the drivers that need to deal with the situation. I feel like drivers always get thrown under the bus when it comes to app outages.

Getting a decent pay rate per delivery. $2-3 is ridiculously low for what we're expected to do.

I noticed that when customers leave us tips through the app that the company pays us less money. So when customers leave tips the company is the only one making more money.
