Better communication and a seamless technology resolve when issues arise for drivers. You need better management and production control. More fluid and user friendly software. Stronger bridge of communication with departments. Some better way to reach Tech support.

Everyone needs new training. Anytime you call you hear different answers, they hang up often, will deny you if you ask to speak to a manager. rating is a 0 ZERO
