Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in Mexico in one of the call centers, and here the payment is much less than abroad.

Compensation is better than postmates but the fast pay transfer fee is much too high. Postmates only charges 50 cents and allows for multiple cash outs per day.

I love the interaction with the restaurant owners as well as the customers I deliver to. I have trained many of your drivers to be better drivers and I'm constantly being beaten up by your upper management team getting tired of it.
