Better pay, more support for drivers, an app that actually works.
Getting a decent pay rate per delivery. $2-3 is ridiculously low for what we're expected to do.
Taking care of driver concerns. Whenever there's an outage all the apologies and concern are directed at customers but none towards the drivers that need to deal with the situation. I feel like drivers always get thrown under the bus when it comes to app outages.
