I've felt a bit thrown in the deep end, with no extra explanations. However, after the first few deliveries it became intuitive. I then took a time slot with peak pay and sat clicked in in a hot spot for nearly 3 hours before getting a delivery and felt used and complained to no help.

When the work is transparent, like how if there is a bonus pay it is clear if its busy (unless it's in the peak pay section for future times)
