My experience has been memorable and enjoyable! I have made close friendships, have advanced in my career, and am challenged in my line of work. I am happy that I chose to work for DriveTime many years ago, and am excited to see what is in store!

I like that our leadership team is always open to feedback and new ideas. They provide different ways to hear from employees across the organization. They are actively thinking of new ways to elevate and improve our organization.

I enjoy the events and engagement that the company hosts. These events allow us all to come together in office or even online. I love that they are always finding ways of connecting people together and having fun while at work!

Within our department there are many projects happening at once, and we do not have enough people and/or time to complete them all without feeling burnt out. To help improve this, I would like to see a strategy and plan of all upcoming projects within our group.

WOW - I cannot say enough about this! The unmatched culture at DriveTime is made up of talented, kind, and awesome people. I am always learning from those around me since we get to collaborate across teams and departments. Also, I can always count on a good laugh from someone!
