I think i am currently doing work over and above the position I currently hold, but there are few plans to revise the job description or promote me to a new position.

Everyone here is very accepting, open and progressively inclusive. I really admire how EPIQ did not immediately backslide on DEI initiatives once there was no longer a legal mandate to do so.

My Team is looking to accomplish their goals every day. Whether that be processing X number of items, increasing the accuracy rate, making sure the process is finished, completing every request made of them, etc.

When someone in Claims Operations starts to step up, and wonders "is there something I can use to improve or measure X" and then they find that tool already in place and waiting for them, because my team put it in place already.
