My overall experience with the company has been unique. I have been with Epiq over 5 years and have been with 4 different departments due to changes and influx with demand. I've learned several different and important skills that helped me to perform at a higher level.

I do appreciate their drive to continue to try and grow the company to keep up with our competitors.

The amount of work is greater than the resources we have available. Without proper efforts, training and resources we are not set up for success to meet the standards of our leadership.

Show more initiative each day with daily items. Not expecting others to take their work for them when they dont know the material instead of trying to learn themselves, reading SOP's, reaching out to other Seniors, etc.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I have taken more job responsibilities outside of my job scope as well as my seniors/leaders. I work a hybrid position that I volunteered to take to help our supervisor team as they needed the assistance. If our leaders listened to our struggles and helped with the daily struggles and hurdles.
