New Leadership is in place to make the adjustments needed after the CEO left on personal terms. New leadership has earned the employees respect with clear guidance and vision

The bridge out communities continues to grow. In 2021, there were an increase of events that allowed Everbridge employees to network with other departments that they would not normally socialize with.

Everbridge has made drastic improvements (IE: Equity Grants and Annual Reviews). Ensure entry level salaries are competitive to Boston standards if we are going to continue to market Everbridge being in the Boston area.

Great people inside and outside of work. The people on the teams perform at their role and are good individuals. The team opens up to one another and we work through projects to meet deadlines.

Compensation is proposed to be Boston level. However, being in Burlington, they pay lower wages for the work done in our industry. Everbridge sets the industry standard but does not pay like a Boston company.
