I love working at Everbirdge. Like anywhere there are some kinks to work out, but I feel they are always picked up at some point. The company can be very US-centric, but there have been some huge improvements on this in the past year.

Everbridge provides great room for growth and they embrace a culture of learning and development which aligns perfectly with my passions. I feel the new CEO is taking us in a new direction which seems to be the right way to go for our customers.

The culture bridges are a great way to meet like-minded employees and voice opinions about topics outside of your daily role.

The basic salary is great and competitive for the current market. The added benefits are great, but all long term so you do not see a direct impact of these straight away.

I love that my team are all from different backgrounds and have different views and opinions. There are a couple of more 'toxic' employees though that seem to have been missed by Management.

I love the culture that Everbridge has around embracing passion projects. We have a number of ERGs to get involved in, and we are encouraged to do that. Also, we are constantly encouraged to better ourselves.

I love that our personal culture is embraced and encouraged. There are different cultural groups to join and Everbridge is more than happy for their employees to spend time working on projects that are outside of the usual day.

The people, the product, and my role. These are all the reasons I love coming to work every day. I think everywhere has their issues and Everbridge has no exemption. However, I am happy here and so are the people around me.

I am satisfied with most of the benefits we are offered in the UK, however, understand the US get 'unlimited time off'. I do not understand why they are the receiving this benefits and no other locations are. The company can be very US centric in this way.

The team I am on is great and we always make sure to connect outside of a work capacity. There are a few other team members that I do not directly work with that I am happy I do not directly work with as they are not expressing our core values.

The team are underpaid compared to the national average and because the team know they can get moe money by moving to a less stressful job we have such a high turnaround in our department. We have been promised a salary level exercise but are waiting to see the benefits of this.

I feel the cost of living has not been taken into account. We are always told that the cost of living in the US is higher so they are paid considerably more, but when researched that does not ring true. Anyone outside of the US will find it harder to gain promotions or be considered for positions.

Our team are all dynamic and fun, we all make an effort to get to know each other on a personal level and I feel this contributes to the success we have as we are all great at collaborating. We all push and strive to be the best, and for that I feel we are a very high performing team.
