Retaining their employees who have 'institutional knowledge' of the Everbridge products. The turnover rate is astounding to me. Also, recognize the contributions of people outside of the sales teams.

Find a way to keep employees. Turnover is extremely high, probably because this job is too difficult. There are too many products and the expectation that we can solve any customer issue, even if it's not related to our products.
