Generally, I am happy to be a part of Everbridge. Recent changes have definitely affected my and my team's morale, but we continue to do what we do because we love what we do. I wish that there was more transparency from leadership, instead of it constantly feeling like another show will be dropped.

Being able to learn new technologies and becoming a SME while also sharing my knowledge to help someone become a SME in the field where I am already an SME. Sharing knowledge and learning. I love our two-way street.

My specific team is great. We all work together and support one another and collaborate as a team and want all of us to be successful. We complement one another with our skills and share our knowledge. We are not about the glory, we are about the mission.
