The leadership team is approachable/accesible. They listen and in my interactions with them, they have acted with integrity, honesty and humility. They all appear to me to be genuinely good people.

We all get along well and always help each other out. Even when some of us are on the other side of the world. No one is afraid to have a laugh and a chat either.

The collaboration across the globe is amazing. Access to senior executives is never a problem (other than timezones). It really feels like a small world. Everyone is happy to help whenever they can. They know me by name, and always ask how I'm doing..
