I would ask that there be a stronger understanding of who does what. It seems like when there is a new initiative, what happens a broad internal audience is given a rather vague initiative, with roles and responsibilities undefined, which results in duplicate work and unclear information.

There is a lot of strategizing but not enough consideration for the 'who' and 'how' of executing the strategy.
