Leadership in the deli is nonexistent. Supervisor is out smoking every hour for ten plus minutes and I can't get away with going to get a sip of water. Coworker is intentionally ignoring customers. Often I find myself taking the heat for things just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Not being told to "Get back up there!" Like a subordinate, or asked if I'm on the clock as if I don't already know my own schedule.

Be nice if my manager would stop luring us with responses like "I'll be here! (Unfortunately)" when we say "See you in the morning!", And even better if they would tell corporate to shove it on some little things that mean nothing.
