Growth, Exposure, Opportunities, Complexity of Work, Feedback, Coworkers, Quality Our Project and Program. Everyday I feel I am better than my previous day self!

I have huge respect for everyone in the company and on my program. I could see how its not an individual but a team that makes a project or company successful! Generally it's hard to find such cohesiveness, talent, focus and desire in all individuals within a team.

During salary negotiation, a lot of information and description benefits brought in were not consistent and unfortunately that was used to bring my base salary down. I ended up getting less than what I was getting in my last company. But I do cherish the level of exposure and opportunities provided.
