The quality healthcare and unlimited vacations

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matching 401k. Work from home stipend. End-of-year bonus. Follow through with offered benefits at the time of hire, for example, "regular company/team retreats" is still on the job postings but I have been at the company for over 2 years now and have not been on one.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of feedback and radical candor, and the intentional focus on reducing toxic behaviors.

The focus leans considerably towards building up the people, and a healthy/balanced workplace. Rather than always driving to get that last penny, which is much better long term.
