What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open door policy. I like knowing if I have a question for upper management, I can just request time to speak to them directly.

The best thing about the compensation package is the cafeteria style benefits that allow me to choose what works best for me and my situation.

Positive energy. People are generally upbeat.

The company is committed to culture. As a remote first company we need to ensure that team members who join are able to fit with it, while being remote. I know that everyone is committed to the success of our organization even through I cannot see them

Feeling like what I do has a direct impact on the rest of the company. I may not be terribly high up the food chain, but I and my work are valued.
