On the business development side our personal incentives are directly aligned with the goals of the broader organization, which is a recipe for success. Proper incentives are critical to any successful org, and Theorem does a great job of this.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come from similar backgrounds and each of them arent necessarily tech backgrounds. As sales people, we all have our own personalities but they mesh really well together and we are all willing to help each other get better.
