Benefits, particularly health insurance w/ dependent coverage. A better-structured performance plan w/ incentive compensation

In the area where I live, my salary is on the lower side to start with. Additionally, I have been here for almost a year and am doing a much different role than what I was initially hired for and stepped up during a lot of chaos of company restructuring. I was give great feedback but no raise.

No transparency about departmental changes, no recognition, no performance management process

Some sort of equity program, allowing for incremental ownership (for employees that have proven to be engaged for the long haul. 401K matching. Spousal healthcare benefits.
