Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a contractor, this job doesn't offer a pension, nor any other benefits other than my salary. There is no equity, no bonus that I know of, and the salary is not particularly special. The work and people are amazing, though, and that has its own worth.

Budget for tools, tech, courses etc... As far to my knowledge US based employees receive pension plans 401s etc.. so for non-US employees if this is not possible than things that would be relative and possible such as above list, just food for thought.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Twice I've had managers lookout for me working too much, and asked if I was being overworked. I wasn't, I just wanted to please our amazing clients.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They did not give a meaningless algorithm question, they presented a problem that required a working prototype and paid me to do it. The absolute best interview challenge I have ever had.
