What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty and transparency from direct managers and coworkers. Exec team is too politically correct most of the time, but well-intentioned and has to of course navigate these weird times.

More transparency between leadership and employees is needed.

More transparency. Feel like a lot of changes that take place happen behind closed doors, then we may (or may not) get an email update after the fact. Would be great to be able to contribute more in company wide decisions or at least have some say.
