making placements with candidates that are genuinely appreciative. Finding the really hard candidates that I never thought I could find. Working from home. being able to be flex in my hours to care for my family.
I would pay recruiters / sales even. do not withhold my commission when client's go bankrupt or when clients or candidates don't make 90 days withholding my pay when I did my job. More vacation time, I have been here 7 1/2 years and only have 2 weeks.
