Allowed to work remotely. Boss trusts me. Get along with everyone well. Most of us try really hard and want to do a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
fair, feel like leaders care and really do try to listen. flex to work from home. trust in my abilities, allow me to do things in my own style.
What makes you most happy at work?
making placements with candidates that are genuinely appreciative. Finding the really hard candidates that I never thought I could find. Working from home. being able to be flex in my hours to care for my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would pay recruiters / sales even. do not withhold my commission when client's go bankrupt or when clients or candidates don't make 90 days withholding my pay when I did my job. More vacation time, I have been here 7 1/2 years and only have 2 weeks.
