As a reservation agent I dread going to work wondering will the reservation system operate properly or will it again fail me in trying to serve Hilton customers. There are so many failures at so many different levels it is astounding that this company is still in business.

Stop forcing reservations to forward calls to Hilton Grand Vacations. Timeshares are a rip off and we should not be sending trusting customers to the slaughter.

The company needs to hire technical people to answer tech questions about the Hilton Honor's App. Reservation agents aren't paid enough to do this job. We're too busy trying to figure out how to make the reservation system work.
