Good company. Okay benefits. Sub-par pay. CEO tied employee satisfaction surveys to bonuses. The lower you rate the company the lower your bonus. The higher your rate the company.. etc. It's totally unethical.

Good communication and team work. Ideas are shared and everything is considered.

They are big on process improvement so if you have an idea of how to do something better they will try it instead of saying the won't because "that's how it's always been done" it fosters creativity, communication and team work.

They could at least try to be competitive with the job market. For example, starting wage in the lab is 14.45 and across the street at Best Buy it's 15.00. The difference is that if you mess up in lab you could kill someone.
