They need to get better at managing their people. They allow too many people to run over them and tell them what they are going to do. They don't actually do anything to fix any of the problems.

I did multiple jobs more than what I'm even supposed to and while I am working, I have to watch other people just standing around doing nothing well management does nothing about it. They even allow people to drink on the job and do nothing about that.

There is no structure management does not have anything under control. They don't value the good employees that they actually have that do their job they're about numbers but yet they criticize the wrong people for not working and do nothing about the individuals that do nothing all night.

On the people that I work with are amazing, they strive to get their work done but on the other side of the week is with us everything goes downhill because they don't feel as if they need to work or do anything because they're allowed to do whatever they want

I feel as if they need to get rid of all of the management that they have half of the managers are friends with the employees and allow them to get away with way too much and then a good workers have to do double the amount of work because of this
