I like that we are able to quickly change to the every growing tech channel. if a motion or process doesn't work, we tend to not let it run its course but make changes quicker than past experiences

Is this a weird question? Yes, it is very weird. I like that we have RRSP matching and stock purchase options. However, many good teammates have departed recently and it was down to money and which is worrisome

I have the autonomy to accomplish the tasks I need to complete. I have the support of the executive team to keep moving in the direction I need to deliver results, and it works great for me and the organization.

I feel we are still defining the culture. Right now it's a mixture of open format and dialogue and Wolf of Wall street. Often the sales floor feels like a boiler room, which can be fun, but also toxic - but the question was about culture and I think that is still being defined
