There's been multiple reorgs. A lot of turn-over. I've gotten one bonus in 3 years. No title changes or advancement opportunities. It's kind of been a mess. See previous answers.

everything. We advocate for each other. We're one of the more diverse segments. Progressive. Inclusive. Great management. WFH is allowed / not pushed against. Collaboration.

Diversity. Inclusion. Better benefits. Gender inclusivity. Get out of the "boy's club" mindset. TRUST your employees to WFH when everyone has shown they perform well.

The only positives I find are within our team. I think N-able NEEDS to work on inclusion + ACTUALLY meaning it or they cannot succeed or retain top talent.
