This is only my 9th week here but I love it. I am happy with my team, happy with what I am working on, happy to learn and grow as a Nextie. This is an amazing place to work. I am so incredibly happy I made the change.

I like the fact they took the time to welcome me as a new employee. That made me feel welcome and like I made the right decision to change careers.

I love the culture, how friendly everyone is and how fun and engaging the environment is. I came from Carvana and the culture there is pretty amazing. Nextiva has their culture beat by a long shot.

I love how my team works together and backs each other up every day, no matter what. It is a great feeling. They also were very welcoming when I first started and can't imagine a better team.

I love what I do and I get to do it with amazing people who actually listen to what I have to say. We can work together to make our team and the teams that we support amazing.
