I haven't had a great experience. The work/life balance is off, there can be professional disrespect and contributions, thoughts and ideas can be overlooked if they don't tie in with what an executive thinks or wants to support.

My overall team is funny and light hearted. For the most part we are all similar ages and pretty much at the same career levels.

Sharing the needs of the business, touting the wins and creating inspiration through the losses. They need to have a different perspective in viewing Nextiva's workforce. This is an entirely different company than it was 18 months ago.

At my level and per the market today, having bonus as apart of the total comp package is the baseline. Having minimum competitive pay, no bonus and working over 40 hours per week does not make one feel engaged.
