They aren't "corporate" and don't carry themselves as this super mysterious executive group. They're down to earth and understand the real issues of employees and the company.

Everyone is a unique individual with their own unique skillsets. Everyone brings something different to the team, and each person's skill adds unique value. We are truly diverse in that sense.

We take the time to vet for more than just skills. We look for great people with a good heart, who are caring and positive and that will add to the company culture we are building.

Recognizing the talent we already have in house. The people who built this company, and have proven results - instead of thinking we need to hire externally, and bring in 20+ year exp. VPs from Microsoft and Dell.

No one judges you. It's a place where you can speak freely and be yourself. For example, I wear sweatpants and basketball jerseys to work, and no one cares. It's not a place that focuses on external appearance as a way to judge someone.
