It's forward thinking and seems to really care about providing great customer experiences. Changes which will impact existing customers are taken very seriously before making those changes.

Particularly with the last 2 years, there has been a marked focus on retaining the talent we have and overhauling our existing benefits and comp to really put our people as a priority.

The quality of health insurance for my needs has been solid, the 401K matching pushed to me to start earlier than I would have otherwise to not leave what is, effectively, free money on the table.

There's been a real investment and a sense of care towards the people in the past few years. From more obvious, overdue things, like parental leave, to the larger things like jumping to WFH so fast and re-examining pay structures. It seems like those more basic needs are being more of a focus
