Corporate needs to be in stores more without announcing they are comming to SL or DM. Then the can see first hand and be able to have honest conversations with partners, without partners fearing repercussions

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

On the store leval it's hard. Unfair treatment from GM's and Gels is hard to ignore. We are encouraged by CEO to report, but when we contact hr the complaint or concern is sent back to our DM and GM with our names. So we have no recourse.
