They are hard workers and put up with so much crap from corporate. they are the only reason I work there.

Corporate needs to stop trying to justify their existence by coming up with ideas that are totally awful. Stop trying to figure out how to "make" customers sign up for crap they don't want and threatening employees with cut hours if they don't meet pals or vital care sign up requirements.
