
Creating a kind culture, and not letting reports of harassment go unacknowledged. Create a team environment, and don't protect managers that make that environment unbearable and incredibly hostile. Do better.
The coworkers at my store were incredible. We all worked really well as a team together and enjoyed our time there. I enjoyed when times were busy and work was fast paced.
Making $2 an hour is not feasible to love off of. Tips are so up and down, especially in times of covid that there have been times ive been unable to pay my rent despite working 40 hour weeks.
Hiring leaders as opposed to bosses. Having rigorous standards for how emoloyees and managers are expected to treat one another, and actually reprimanding managers who are unkind, contributing to toxic culture, and hiding in the office or at the host stand instead of helping when needed.
