This a toxic working environment that NOBODY, and I mean, NOBODY, should look into working for. Many of my coworkers have expressed concerns with some PF Changs "veterans," managers, and back of the house employees that has yet to be addressed.

I have two managers that I enjoy and feel comfortable talking to. The others, let's say that you don't really get a "hi" from them unless you've worked for the establishment for 3+ years.

They need to get out of that "I only help the coworkers I like" mentality... I can't stress this enough: if you are new, expect to not get proper training; expect not to get help from your PF Changs " family"; watch leadership praise everyone else except for you; feel like the outcast each shift.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because I am not a PF Changs "veteran." This establishment prides itself in "fostering and creating a family environment, and, if you aren't part of the " veteran status" you don't get the time of day. Even when you need help, I won't get the same help as the "vets" in the store.
