Culture is not as important as it once was. Burnout is on high.

An honest and positive company that treats its employees with respect, promotes a health "work-hard, play hard" attitude, and actually lives and works by its core values. Compensation is very fair, perhaps above average, but the people are what make it so worthwhile working here.

It used to be excellent.

Before joining Pipedrive, I couldn't imagine that dream jobs actually exist. They do in Pipedrive, the experience here has been indescribably awesome. I love Pipedrive!

  • Pipedrive is a pet friendly company. On a regular workday you can be sure to find more than 1 dog in the office ;)

  • Pets are welcome in Pipedrive! Of course they should not disturb other people, but so far this has not happened either. Lots of people bring dogs and cats to work here.

  • Engineers are free to grow/start working on any other positions and fields. There are lots of occasions when an engineer has turned into a product manager, engineering manager etc

  • Depends on the level. It is clear and transparent for engineers from junior to senior/principal. But leaders positions are not so clear as there are less positions available.

  • You decide yourself when to show up and when to leave. As long as the work is done, it's very flexible. Of course you have to attend the meetings you've committed to, and unless you have a good reason, people mostly work from the office.
