Yes I do feel very undervalued everyone calls out all the time and when they are there that nobody does their side work I'm constantly having to run and get everything ?

All the good manners we had left so now we're stuck with ones that whole garages and Petty we only have two main managers now the other two are training tyra is amazing, donye stays on a power trip

The way we work together and communicate when we have a good day but most of the days everybody's miserable cuz nobody appreciates anybody and upper management they talk to us like we're a bunch of kids and forget we're adults

When there's a problem where a mistake going on don't come and address it while the customer's there to get the server or the bartender offset and expect them to work with a smile you go off and then get the server bartender crying and then expect them to be out there smiling

The way the management speaks to us it's not right and then we speak up we lose our day so we can't make money I'm still on the schedule and he tells me I can't come in for this whole week that's not right even the other managers like they don't even know what's going on
