Review from Customer Success Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Food quality: bad, management: bad, staff: bad and aggressive, Resturaunt: ugly and stinky. Everything could be improved here

Our new manager is always late, extremely unprofessional and is playing favorites.

Fire the old staff and hire new ones

Review from Sales Dept

work with the proper staff and stop cutting hours. We cannot do 4 jobs and be taking care of our guests adequately

big bug issues everywhere at work

When there's a problem where a mistake going on don't come and address it while the customer's there to get the server or the bartender offset and expect them to work with a smile you go off and then get the server bartender crying and then expect them to be out there smiling

Review from Customer Support Dept

The customers are always mad because we do not have half the shrimp they were "promised".

Review from Customer Success Dept

Managment needs to be assesed and trained properly

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have gone to management about accusations and harassment from other employees.

Value your employees that work hard and listen to their feedback! Don't just say on the boss it's my way.

We got a new CEO 8 months ago, and she already quit. Things arent going well. We are only truly busy when they push endless, but we dont have enough staff for endless. And endless is terrible for server wages

Poor management and a very negative work environment. Managers rule with an iron fist and will send people home/ fire anyone who might say "hey i think this is a bad idea".

The workers need work as a team, not as an individual.

Listen to long term employees. They have a lot of knowledge. Stop making big changes.

Company doesn't care about retaining employees. We are made to waive our rights and get taken off the schedule if we don't.

Every decision this company has made since Thai union group has taken over has been terrible

Not enough staff working at a time.

Need better management staff and better work hours

Manager threatens everyone everyday with write ups and losing their job if we don't script right at every table. My first week I was treated to be fired and I didn't even know why. She has to much power and is waving it around like it's nothing

Managers play favorites and there is a something wrong with comminucation.
