What do you like best about the leadership team?

They work and help out in all positions they listen to the employees and very compassionate

Focus more on the customers instead of who they like and don't like

Communication, We need radios to be able to communicate and they still need to fix them.

The guests are what keep us in business. The servers are the face of Red Lobster. More communication and management of servers is needed.

Simplicity, they are so focused on making corporate plans work that it affects the day to day negatively making all the jobs harder

Communication and how to respond properly and not with hate. We are all humans in a big world, no need to be hateful or harmful.

HR dept is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH

Giving hours to employees being at the restaurant and workers need paid time off

Our store managers cannot do their jobs because the company is insanely greedy and don't want to pay employees.

At staying silent in situations, not spreading countless rumors and also staying on task with peers.
