Tge people i work with are great. They work as a team and really come together when needed. Some of tge cooks are lazy and wait for tge managers to come cook yet tgey want a raise. Yet again, the endless shrimp is what is burning everyone out in the kitchen.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teamework, communication, and less complaining about doing their job
The manager makes it obvious her dislike for me so my coworkers treat me differntly because of her
They gossip and cause problems with no evidence without investigation from managers.
Serving staff need to listen to kitchen staff and be more helpful
We have no company meetings
They need to improve on growing up, treating the job as a job and leaving personal life at home. We could all work together better if everyone would get along, not hold grudges and if they were trained properly.
Having the knowlage needed before being on the floor
Need everyone held accountable for there work
