Not seating servers whom work double shifts without a break last in the evening when they opened. 11 hour shifts without breaks are exhausting and management has zero concern for the heavy workload and long hours. This is an ongoing daily issue. No flexibility about the issue on managekents end.

Red Lobster has 2.6 Billion in revenue and despite emails sent to rewards members there were NO trainings set in place to employees in the beginning of the pandemic warnings and it's many servers are getting NO help, but placed on unpaid furlough and locked out of company websites.

Hire competent managers. The managers at my store are lazy, will not help team members out unless they absolutely have to (or unless the district manager is there is course). I have been with Red Lobster since 2009 and the level of incompetence with management has steadily went downhill in that time

If pay was equitable across the board, with exception to the servers and long term employees that have earned a higher pay grade. Ie why are hostesses paid more than bartenders? I feel that wages should be adjusted with consideration to Covid and the new norm.

Bartenders are paid at a tipped hourly rate, which is fine except for the fact that they (at least in my store) do a majority of takeouts including Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Door Dash in which we do not make tips. Management does little to help when you are slammed with takeouts as well.

We are understaffed. Management isn't fair in their decision making. Our double shift hours are too long. We are exhausted. Seating a server first in the day and last at night is a major problem. The second shift should get seating last, not the first shift. That system is not right.
