The managers do not give constructive criticism or compliments. Rather, they yell which makes the employees want to work less. No morale

The managers refuse to hire more employees and would rather cross-train all of the employees. They'll have a busser doing dish at the same time which creates havoc and an unorganized workplace. We aren't informed about benefits and instead have to dig for them online. We feel taken advantage of.

The general manager tries to cover up issues that must be fixed. Corporate knows about the issues but make it clear that they could care less. Black mold is growing in the ceiling tiles and despite management being aware, nothing is done. And that's just the beginning of the madness.
